I really enjoyed my trip with Lincoln and India Unbound. Each step of the way was seamlessly made by him, including our E-Visas, vaccination certificates, insurance details and all the items that we needed to bring with us. We were met at the airport and immediately transferred to our hotel, and then introduced to each other, with each step that we needed to take clearly outlined in detail.

Kabir was a delightful and knowledgeable guide and completed the leadership team. We were able to learn about the history of Sikkim, and experience several different types of accommodation in a leisurely way. Three days at each place allowed us to explore an area in a relaxed way. Our walking was interesting in beautiful countryside, to monasteries and marvelous lookouts.

From initial contact through development of a suitable itinerary to bookings, special (often heritage) accommodation in excellent locations (either convenient locations or environmentally interesting spots) to individual unique experiences of places of interest & significance ( Taj Mahal etc…) to Safaris & living with plantation owners, or river dwellers in Kerala, our experience was great. The pacing of the venture allowed us to see & do much with respite & “own times” to recuperate & do some individual things, balance of 1,2 & 3 night stays implemented the venture well. The plan for areas visited to be sequenced to catch the best weather –north first then south, & the intensity of the big cities first then more relaxed south was comfortable, manageable  & appreciated planning.
