The India Unbound Story

In 1995, Lincoln Harris and Faith Pandian travelled to India independently of each, starting a love affair with the country that would ultimately become the focus of their life’s work. Within several years this first experience, both Lincoln and Faith had started businesses bringing travellers to India.

Because of their backgrounds, both as Westerners and experienced travellers in India, Faith and Lincoln were perfectly placed to understand what people wanted
out of a trip to India, and both businesses grew quickly through strong word of
mouth recommendations.

In 2004, with Lincoln based in Australia and Faith and Pandian in India, the two enterprises began to collaborate in the running of tours. Collaboration turned to partnership and India Unbound was born.

The Result

Today we have a head office in Australia and a network of 10 representative offices and 40 staff across India, offering an unbroken chain of service from when you call or email us in Australia, to when you are met by our staff in India, right through to when you are farewelled at the airport to leave. Our core belief in true personal service, underpinned by the breadth of our network of Indian offices, has resulted in a travel service that is 100% dependable.
