Spend the day sightseeing with a local guide, including an excursion to Elephanta Caves, the Gateway of India and a visit to Mumbai’s favourite playground Chowpatty Beach. Later in the afternoon head to the landmark Taj Mahal Hotel for high tea, or perhaps a late afternoon gin and tonic; and if you have any energy left after all of that, then hit the Mumbai night life – bars, pubs and great restaurants.
