In 1995, Lincoln Harris and Faith Pandian travelled to India independently of each, starting a love affair with the country that would ultimately become the focus of their life’s work.

Within several years of this first experience, both Lincoln and Faith had started businesses bringing travellers to India.
Because of their backgrounds, both as Westerners and experienced travellers in India, Faith and Lincoln were perfectly placed to understand what people wanted out of a trip to India, and both businesses grew quickly through strong word of mouth recommendations.
In 2004, with Lincoln based in Australia and Faith and Pandian in India, the two enterprises began to collaborate in the running of tours. Collaboration turned to partnership and India Unbound was born.
